My top 5 Running Beverages

As we approach Memorial Day and with it the long season of Hades in South Carolina, it is high time to brush up on our hydration strategy particularly during long runs and post run. If you have a sensitive stomach like me, this is not an easy feat, here is my current hit-list (please note that I am not a social influencer/blogger and hence take no fees or free products that would taint my personal opinion):
